Jib cranes

The jib cranes are presented in different types and designs, they do not require tracks or structures supported by columns or walls, they offer a wide variety of carrying capacities, height and working radius.
The jib crane can be installed on the plinth, or on industrial flooring using a special base plate, to be anchored with chemical fasteners.
Our jib cranes are specifically designed to meet the customer's needs in terms of the load to be lifted, dimensions and budget!
JIB CRANE WITH COLUMN OR BRACKET - BOOM IN TRUNK:
The arm of the crane is obtained with the use of a special profile in bent sheet metal type S275 within which the hoist-carrying trolley slides.
The arm is equipped with one or two tie rods which support the profile and connect it to the rotation tubular upright.
The arm rotates around its own axis by means of ball bearings or anti-friction bushings.
This version is characterized by the extreme lightness of handling due to the low inertia deriving from the reduced weight.
Possibility of limiting the rotation angle of the crane.
It is supplied with the following accessories:
- push trolley,
- braking device: made up of a clutch with asbestos-free friction material, it allows the adjustment of the rotation effort of the arm and ensures its stability in its positioning.
- electric chain hoist fixed to the sliding trolley
- electrical system: it is made for powering the hoist that runs along the crane arm via a flame retardant festoon cable, generally flat in shape, sliding on special trolleys that run along the entire length of the arm, inserted in the same.
- Capacity from 125 kg to 1,000 kg
- Outreach from 3.00 to 8.00 meters
- Adjustable arm rotation 270°/240°
- Fixing to the floor with chemical anchors or foundation plinth
JIB CRANE WITH COLUMN OR BRACKET - BEAM BOOM WITH ROD:
The arm is made with the use of a double T laminated profile beam on the lower wing of which the hoist trolley runs. The arm is equipped with one or two tie rods for supporting the profile which connect it to the rotation tubular upright.
The arm rotates around its own axis by means of ball bearings or anti-friction bushings.
It can be supplied with electric or mechanical push trolleys
It is supplied with the following accessories:
- push/electric/mechanical trolley,
- braking device: made up of a clutch with asbestos-free friction material, it allows the adjustment of the rotation effort of the arm and ensures its stability in its positioning.
- electric chain hoist with sliding/electric/push trolley
- electrical system: it is made for powering the hoist that runs along the crane arm via a flame retardant festoon cable, generally flat in shape, sliding on special trolleys that run along the entire length of the arm, inserted in the itself or on a galvanized channel.

- Outreach from 3.00 to 9.00 meters

JIB CRANE WITH COLUMN OR BRACKET - CANTILEVER BEAM BOOM
The arm is made with the use of a double T laminated profile beam on whose lower wings the hoist-carrying trolley runs. The beam is cantilevered self-supporting, therefore without support tie rods, and is directly integral with the tubular rotation upright through suitable reinforcements.
The arm rotates around its own axis by means of ball bearings or anti-friction bushings.
It allows optimal use of the space available in height due to the absence of tie rods and can be supplied with electric and mechanical push trolleys.
It is supplied with the following accessories:
- push/electric/mechanical trolley,
- braking device: made up of a clutch with asbestos-free friction material, it allows the adjustment of the rotation effort of the arm and ensures its stability in its positioning.
- electric chain hoist with sliding/electric/push trolley
- electrical system: it is made for powering the hoist that runs along the crane arm via a flame retardant festoon cable, generally flat in shape, sliding on special trolleys that run along the entire length of the arm, or on galvanized channel.
